Spatial AI for manufacturing

It knows which machine the worker is standing at, and what to do next.

Guidance on AR glasses or the phone already in their pocket. It finds any part, explains any procedure, and runs on the plant's own server with the internet unplugged.

01Spatial AI for manufacturing

The account is saturated. The relationship is not.

You automated their line, did the MES integration, and service the equipment. The plant manager still takes your call — and there is nothing left on your price list they have not bought.

That same plant loses money on something you do not sell: a new hire needs three weeks before working unsupervised, and the one operator who understands the packaging line retires in eighteen months. They will buy a fix. The only question is whether they buy it from you.

Four things already sold into one account

A product line you do not have to build

Your brand on the box

App, login screen, documentation, support address — your name. Your client signs with you and pays you. On a registered deal we stay behind you and never contact your client without you in the room.

We do the part you cannot staff

Plant scanning, scenario building, AI configuration on the client's server, second-line support. Your engineers stay on work they already bill.

Margin that repeats

Licensing is per site plus per covered machine, monthly. You earn on the first sale and every renewal. Each machine added grows the line.

We sell direct as well. Here is what protects your deal.

Claiming otherwise would not survive your first search, so plainly: we work both directly and through partners.

What protects you is the contract, not a promise. Register an opportunity and that account is locked to you for the agreed term. If we are already working with a plant you name, we say so before you spend a meeting on it.

On your deals you hold the contract, the brand and the client. We are your supplier.

Tell us your region and verticals. We confirm they are free, or say so straight away if they are taken.

02

Two days of training

One day selling, one day delivering. You leave with a pitch, a demo kit, and a target list drawn from your own client book.

03

Bring the first plant

You open the door. We scan and build alongside your engineers, so the second site is yours to run.

04

Invoice under your name

You bill the client. We bill you at partner price. Your client never learns we exist.

Where an integrator has to sit for this to work

A fit if

  • You sell into manufacturing and have three or more active plant accounts
  • You have field engineers who go on site
  • You bill for projects, not just resold boxes
  • You are 5 to 200 people

Not a fit if

  • You have no manufacturing clients and want a product to sell cold
  • You want a referral fee without touching delivery
  • You need a public price list to quote from

We would rather lose the application than your quarter. If the second column is you, say so and we will not waste your time.

Three revenue lines from one product

Licence margin monthly, deployment fees per site, expansion revenue every time a machine is added.

YEAR 1YEAR 2Licence marginDeploymentExpansion
How the same account pays twice
01

Licence margin — recurring

You buy at partner price and resell at yours. Per site plus per covered machine, monthly. Users are never metered, so a shift of 10 and a shift of 10,000 cost the same.

02

Deployment — one-off, per site

Scanning, scenario authoring, integration with ERP, sensors and documents, operator training. At Certified and above, yours to bill and keep.

03

Expansion — recurring

The first deployment covers one line. The plant has eleven. Every machine added is a new licence line, sold into an account that already trusts the system.

Year two costs almost no sales effort and pays close to year one.

06Straight answers

The questions integrators actually ask

Will you go direct to my client?

We work both directly and through partners, so the honest answer is that a contract protects you, not a promise. Register the opportunity and the account is locked to you for the agreed term. If we are already in that plant, we tell you before you invest time. Contacting a registered client without you is a breach you can terminate on.

Whose name is on the product?

Yours. Product name, app icon, login screen, documentation, support address.

Do I need AR or AI engineers?

No. At Registered tier we do all technical delivery. Most partners move their own engineers in around the second or third site, once they have seen it done.

How long until my first revenue?

Two days of training, then your own sales cycle — you know it better than we do. Once a client signs, target 30 days from first scan to production.

My clients are conservative. They will not buy AI glasses.

Then do not lead with glasses. Lead with the two numbers every plant manager already tracks: weeks until a new hire works unsupervised, and what happens when the operator who knows the line retires. Start on phones the operators already carry.

Is my territory exclusive?

At Territory tier, yes — by region and vertical, against a volume commitment. At Registered and Certified, protection is per registered deal.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes, without exception. You buy at partner price and quote whatever you choose. We do not see your quotes and set no floors or ceilings.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing at Registered. No joining fee, no minimum, no shelfware. You buy licences when you have a client to put them on.

Territories are assigned, not sold.

One partner per region and vertical. Two partners in one market means both discounting against each other. Tell us what you cover and we will say straight away if it is open.
